AIA BILLING SPECIALIST
Northwest San Antonio – Alamo Ranch, Helotes, Sea World
Compensation: $60k + Bonus

AIA BILLING SPECIALIST
The AIA Billing Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for services offered to the customer, monthly AIA billing, and collections.
Vendor Management: New customer setup, Compliance, Documentation
Billing: New Project set-up, ID’s, Codes Verification
Monthly Billing: Creates Invoices, Records Payments, AR Aging Reports, Vendor Statement Reconciliations
Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
Assists with COI’s, Equipment Utilization Reports, Lien Waivers and Notices
EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree or higher a plus, but not required
3+ years’ experience Construction Project Billing will be considered in lieu of degree
